Write an acceptance check
Describe the behavior that should change and provide a reproducible example. A clear issue is more useful than a broad request to improve the whole repository.
PRACTICAL AUTOMATION / CODING & DEVELOPMENT
Give a coding agent a bounded task with observable acceptance criteria. A proposed change is easier to assess when the agent has relevant project context, a safe working environment, and a clear way to demonstrate that the result works.

Use an isolated branch or workspace and only the credentials the task needs. Require review before deployment or changes to production data.
Inspect the diff and run relevant checks. Look for unrelated edits, hidden assumptions, and tests that merely repeat the implementation rather than checking the required behavior.
Your first pilot. Choose a small bug or internal tool. Compare the time spent explaining, reviewing, and correcting the change with your usual workflow before delegating a larger task.
Playbooks are suggested starting points. Scouted projects are leads to investigate. BotScout has not independently tested these tools. How we select and label finds ↗
